When you hire me as your REALTOR, you will receive experience experience experience! I have been a licensed REALTOR in the State of Texas since 1996. I was actively FULL TIME selling till 2001 and at that point I decided to take a break from the buying and selling side of real estate to have the knowledge of detail of the office side from 2001 to 2007. I then realized how much I missed the hands on with clients to help them purchase their, more than likely, biggest investment. I begin back out selling FULL TIME in 2007. So I not only know how the one on one with clients works but I also know all the details from first phone call to follow up throughout the whole transaction, along with the continuous ongoing relationship after the closing date.

KNOWLEDGEABLE
I have been in the Fort Bend County area for over 30 years. I have lived my elementary, junior high and high school years here. I consider this my home. I also lived in the Brazoria County area for 7 years and have over 20 years of knowledge of that county. My daughters have attended schools in the Fort Bend Independent School District and the Alvin Independent School District, this allows me to have first hand knowledge of both the districts. I am familiar with areas from Katy, Texas all the way down Highway 6 to Galveston, Texas. Along with Downtown Houston and the surrounding areas of town. I come from a traveling family and enjoy learning new places and this allows me to continue my knowledge of the communities throughout this growing area. I would rather drive then fly just so I can familiarize myself with the new areas. I have even ventured out to Kerrville to show property!
